Winter leaves a mess: matted leaves smothering turf, sand and gravel the plow threw onto the lawn, branches down, beds full of last year. A spring cleanup clears all of it, cuts the first tidy edge of the season, and sets the lawn up so everything after — feeding, mowing, seeding — actually works.
Leaves off the lawn before snow (leaving them means snow mould and dead patches in April), beds cut back, furniture and hoses handled if you ask, and for cottage owners a proper end-of-season shut-down visit so the property winters well without you driving up to check on it.
Cleanups are priced by property after a photo or a quick look — a town lot and a treed acre on the lake are different days. Send a couple of photos with the form and you will have a firm number within one business day.
Wet leaves on a walkway are as slippery as ice and arrive two months earlier. Part of every fall cleanup is leaving your walking surfaces — paths, steps, the route to the mailbox — properly bare, and pointing out anything underfoot that winter will make worse: a lifted flagstone, a wobbly step, a handrail that’s seen better days. Small fixes in October beat emergency calls in January.
Leaves and debris raked, blown and hauled; beds cut back and cleared; small branches gathered; the first or last mow and edge of the season; walkways and the driveway blown clean; and a short punch-list of anything we noticed that deserves attention before the next season — a downspout aimed at the foundation, a shrub the snow load will break, a soft spot in the lawn. The punch-list costs nothing and has saved clients real money.

After most leaves are down but before consistent snow — usually late October into November here. We book those windows in order, so earlier requests get the better slots.
Yes — hauling and proper disposal or composting is part of the price we quote. No bags of leaves left at your curb pending municipal pickup unless you prefer that.
Full Care plans include a spring and fall cleanup visit. Standalone cleanups are exactly that — no plan required.
Absolutely, and you wouldn't be the first. Some customers keep the beds for themselves and hand us the raking and hauling; others do the opposite. Tell us where to start and stop, and we'll price exactly that.
